At Klenow’s Market, we take pride in delivering high-quality products, including our signature beef jerky, soups, and seasonings. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of our food products, please review the following guidelines for returns:
Perishable Items
Since our beef jerky, soups, and seasonings are perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns on these items. If there is an issue with your order, such as a product defect, damage during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We are happy to work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items so we can quickly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements are available only for items that were damaged in transit or due to a mistake on our part. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for products that were opened, consumed, or incorrectly stored after delivery.
